A Half Elf Tale I was not always a Bard. I actually started as a Con man, a Wise guy. But then... It started slowly. My home was not exactly an important place, mostly farmers, general laborers, common folk in a Half Elf community. But plenty of travelers to trick out of a few coins here and there. But laws began to be established, and outsiders began to arrive in town to "enforce" these new Laws. It was just me, Mom and my Sister. Dad had disappeared years earlier, since I was the oldest child, I did what I could to keep the family together. But things just kept slowly getting worse. Legit work began to dry up, less people traveling. Then one of these "enforcers" caught eye of my Sister. She put up a fight, but was arrested for... Well, does not really matter. Updated character sheet. Realized that Wis was necessary for finding traps, so I couldn't dump my 8 there. Also took a +1 shortbow instead of a +1 longbow because of the weapon mastery thing.

If you want all those as +1 you can find them in the Abraxus' hoard. Otherwise pick one and make it a +2.
